The stuff is polite, the breakfast plentiful, the ocation is easy adjacent to good restaurants, the STRONG Museum of Play/Downtown Rochester.

This was my very nice stay at the hotel. The breakfast had lots of options and included yoghourt, eggs, fruit and muffins.

Healthy breakfast, had cereals, eggs, muffins and fruit and more. The staff was attentive and delivered good service.

Everything was impeccably clean and modern. The room itself was well furnished, brand-new with a great breakfast and had essentials I needed. There was lots of food for breakfast, everything was good.

Reasonably clean and well priced accom with perfect location close enough to Rochester and stores.

Spotless & big venue, extraordinary views.

Everything was simply nice. The lobby was nice with helpful staff. The hotel was in a central location close to the highway.

The service was amazing, the food was perfect. Very efficient staff suggested restaurants.

The breakfast was generous, the staff was EXTREMELY POLITE, reliable wi-fi.

Disappointing aspect was nasty bathroom.

Brilliant location, lovely beds and responsive staff. The staff did all they can for a restful stay. I really enjoyed the double room and all facilities in it. Restaurant in hotel was PERFECT and the pool area was good. The beach nearby was sandy and the view was glorious.

Accommodation was a nice size and great value, beds were lovely...

Lovely views, amazing design, astonishing breakfast. I loved that the room was individual and had 2 queen-size beds. The hotel was luxury and the authentic restaurant was exceptional. Relaxed by the pool, it was great, especially when the weather was wonderful.

We liked this hotel and its beautiful staff and rooms. Large bedrooms. Professionalism from the whole staff. Modern interior, excellent restaurant.

Staff and location were fabulous, and this hotel was contemporary and fairly clean. Separate bedrooms with fine beds. Neat lobby. Found in the shopping area, the property offered reasonable prices. Also, there was nan miller gallery, situated easy walk to the hotel.

food was decent and i have nothing but superb memories from this trip. i loved staying in a funky building. the room in general was warm. the staff was willing to help, so very knowledgeable. it was a relaxing hotel in a local area.

The bathroom I had was very tiny.

we appreciated hotel's stuff and location. nearby monroe's restaurant - great place to chill out. free wi-fi worked. it was a 3-star venue in every way.

Complimentary breakfast and FRIENDLY personnel. We thoroughly enjoyed to chill in the nearby the burger bar by wegmans. Not to mention convenient parking on-site.
